Refund Policy

1. Overview

This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made on LAXMI SAMGRI, a GST-registered proprietorship business operating in India.

Refunds are provided only in cases where an order is successfully cancelled in accordance with our Cancellation Policy. LAXMI SAMGRI follows a strict No Return & No Exchange policy.

2. Eligibility for Refund

A refund is applicable only under the following conditions:

• The order is cancelled by the customer within 24 hours of placement and before it is processed, packed, or dispatched.
• The order is cancelled by LAXMI SAMGRI due to product unavailability, payment failure, pricing errors, or operational constraints.

3. No Return & No Exchange

Due to the nature of religious and pooja samagri, LAXMI SAMGRI does not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered.

Refunds will not be provided for reasons including:

• Change of mind after delivery
• Preference-related issues
• Minor variations in appearance due to screen or lighting
• Customer errors while placing the order

4. Refund Process

Once a valid cancellation request is approved:

1. The refund will be initiated to the original payment method used at checkout.
2. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
3. Any GST charged on the cancelled order will be refunded as per applicable GST laws.

Please note that delays caused by banks or payment gateways are beyond our control.
