Cancellation & Refund Policy

This Cancellation & Refund Policy applies to all orders placed on LAXMI SAMGRI, a GST-registered proprietorship business operating under the laws of India. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms mentioned below.

1. Order Cancellation by Customer

Customers may request cancellation of an order within 24 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not been processed, packed, or dispatched.

Once the order is packed, shipped, or dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted under any circumstances.

2. No Return & No Exchange Policy

Due to the nature of religious and pooja samagri, LAXMI SAMGRI follows a strict No Return & No Exchange policy.

Once an order has been delivered, it cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason, including change of mind, preference, or suitability.

3. Order Cancellation by LAXMI SAMGRI

LAXMI SAMGRI reserves the right to cancel an order under the following circumstances:

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at checkout.

Any GST charged will be refunded as per applicable GST laws. Delays caused by banks or payment gateways are beyond our control.
